R. Scott Patrohay
President

Scott joined Cummins Power Systems, LLC in 2008 as President, after 19 years with Cummins in various roles including President of Cummins MerCruiser Diesel. Scott joined Cummins Electronics in 1988 and held various roles predominately focused on manufacturing management and engineering support. He has also held numerous corporate positions in support of strategy development, training, and new product development leadership.
Kelley D. Tate
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Kelley comes to us with 20 years of finance experience. Prior to coming to Cummins Power Systems, LLC, Kelley spent 10 years with the General Electric Company in various Senior Finance Leadership roles in GE Energy and GE Capital. He also was CFO for Quorum Federal Credit Union and spent several years in finance with the investment bank, JP Morgan. Kelley leads the Finance, IT, Business Development, and Six Sigma operations for CPS.
Karl Gontkof
Vice President - Engine Business

Karl began his career with CPS in 1976 as an Automotive Territory Manager. In 1986, he became Automotive Sales Manager and in 1991, Vice President, leading the Truck and Bus Business. In 2001, Karl added the responsibility of the Parts Business. In 2009, Karl moved into his current role and leads the Truck, Bus, Industrial, and Marine market segments, as well as the Parts Business. This includes responsibility for our Engine Dealer Organization. Karl also is an active member of Cummins' Truck Engine Council.
Jay Tee White
Vice President - Power Generation

Jay Tee began his career with CPS in 1994 as VP-Chief Financial Officer. In 2000, he became Vice President & General Manager of Operations, leading the service and parts organization. In 2006, he added the responsibility for the Commercial Power Generation Business to his responsibilities. In 2008, Jay moved into his current role leading the Power Generation business for CPS which includes the commercial generators and switch gear sales, consumer generator sales (which includes RV, residential and commercial mobile), and rental of generators for standby and prime power applications.
John Casey
Vice President - Operations

John began his career with CPS in April of 1994 as an Automotive Territory Manager. In 2000, John was promoted to Director - Power Rent Business, managing the First Energy distributed energy project totaling 103 MW. In 2003, he became the Director of Operations and moved into his current role as Vice President in 2008. John is responsible for Service and Parts Branch Operations, both Engine and Power Generation, as well as overseeing our Health, Safety and Environmental efforts.
Ellen A. Diorio
Executive Director - Human Resources

Ellen Diorio joined Cummins Power Systems in October of 2010, as Executive Director – Human Resources reporting to the President & CEO. Ellen has more than 23 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources. Immediately prior to joining us, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for 13 years at a national commercial real estate and property management firm which had 17 offices under her guidance regarding Human Resources and Administration matters. In her earlier career she has also held HR roles in companies in the Banking Software, Engineering, and Medical Malpractice Insurance industries.
