History

Cummins Power Systems, LLC has been a successful distributor of Cummins products for 75 years.

Originally established in 1937 as Cummins Diesel Engines, Inc., Cummins Power Systems, LLC has gone through some territory and name changes over the years. With the headquarters remaining in the Philadelphia, PA area, CPS operates ten branch locations to serve and support a diverse base of Cummins and Onan customers.

In January 2008, a joint venture was formed between Cummins, Inc. and R. Scott Patrohay, with Scott taking on the role of President and Managing Partner.

Today, we are pleased and proud to be able to provide Cummins engines and power generation equipment for many different applications. We also provide the parts and service support for those Cummins engines and generators.
